The barn is approximately 41' x 37'. The house on the lot was built in 1800 and the property was a farm then. Barn is a three bay English Barn, c.1850. Hand-hewn, mortise and tenon pegged, square rule construction, with a middle threshing bay. The barn is now fronted by cedars that have grown up. Contributing resource in the Palisado Avenue Historic District (National Register and Local).
