Part 2 is the buildings constructed during the 1940s. There are also several more recent metal pole barn structures for equestrian uses. Building numbering system is taken from the East Weatogue National Register Nomination, Property No. 43, Figure 4 (Ransom). According to one of the workers who has been there for many years, most of the barns date from the late 1800s. The large barn with the silo is on the National Registry.
