I don't know when the barn was built, but the house was built ~ 1850. I kick myself now that I gave away some old cow stanchions when I was fitting up the barn for functionality -- they were hand-carved! Sadly, they were in the way so, bye-bye. :-( There's also an old Swedish sauna shed here -- those ol' chicken farmers knew how to live! It's in sad shape now, but what an intriguing piece of history. I know it predates WWII, because it was here when my next-to-last predecessors owned the farm from right after the war 'til early 2000's.
