2011 Barns Grant
The Connecticut Trust awarded a total of $102,288.00 in Barns Grants to municipalities, non-profit (501c3) organizations, and private citizens across the state. The grants will make possible a total initial investment of $308,820.00 in these historic sites.
On June 23rd in Roxbury, Todd Levine, Director of Historic Barns of Connecticut, State Rep. Arthur O'Neill and State Sen. Rob Kane presented a Connecticut Trust Barns Grant check and a citation from the Connecticut General Assembly to Elizabeth Lacy for the preservation of the historic barn located on her property.
